How do I get a hold of a person? The AI is a nightmare to work with
What is going on? Why is it so difficult to get a person on the phone with Xfinity??
my wife works from home and our internet continues to go out. The robot says everything is fine. Everything in NOT fine!!
can some one please help me??? I am very close to exploring other internet providers due to the inconsistent service and absolute terrible customer service.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I am still waiting for assistance!!! Is there anyone at Xfinity that actually helps their customers! How can my wife work if our internet is t dependable.
i will be actively looking for a different internet provider.

Agreed! The virtual assistant just takes you in circles and never resolves your problem. I’ve spent hours typing text messages back and forth that get nowhere. All I want to do is schedule a tech service for a problem that is not within the ken of AI’s scope. It’s a total nightmare.
