Greetings, @user_793g39! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the sent emails. Your email folders will store the previous 30 days of emails. If you moved them to their own folder, keeping or deleting them would be subject to your folder settings. You can recover any emails we have on our server in the last 30 days with these instructions, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email. If recovering the emails does not bring back the ones you need, they are not able to be recovered.

That's a lot of years of emails. If they aren't stored in folders on your computer, and not just on connect.xfinity.com, it might be very hard to retrieve emails back to 2011. You can ask Customer Security Assurance, but they will probably tell you they aren't able to recover email back that far.
