How do I find out where the technician is

The AI says there's an outage in my area so they can't connect me with an agent. But the reason I have an outage is that the agent hasn't shown up yet to the appointment 4 hours ago

user_q1p4jp You should be able to check the Xfinity app for service interruption information, and the status of your technician appointment.
