How do I find an itemized statement, NOT just the total

I am trying to find an itemized statement.  The bot is of no help.  The PDF statement does not work.  How do I find it.

user_zlcmfr Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand that you are looking for an itemized billing statement. Just to clarify, are you looking for an Xfinity Mobile itemized statement or one for your residential services, such as internet and cable?

user_k41mib The detailed bill would be the PDF. You can check out how to view that here. If the PDF is not popping up for you, I would recommend trying from a different device.

Hello. This does not help. The PDF bill pops up and has 1 line on it, just the total and that's it. The page 1 of the PDF says "A detailed breakdown of your charges begins on
page 3."

And the "breakdown on page 3" consists only of 1 line, with the total and nothing else, which is not a breakdown.

When logged in, are we looking at the "Next Bill Due" Section or clicking "View Current Cycle"?  If for Next Bill Due, the amounts shown may not be fully complete, as one-time charges, taxes, and other fees will not yet be generated.

Where can I find my Xfinity Mobile account payments and bills?

@XfinityAlfonso Hello. Thank you. It's any and all of them. Current statement, last month statement, 5 months ago statement, it's all the same. Although, it's not mobile account, it's cable internet I have.
