How do I file a formal complaint?
For over a month now (weekly calls and I was even put on hold by a supervisor for almost 2 hrs), the issue on the promotional credit to my recent upgrade hasn't been resolved yet. Everytime I call, I am told that the information on my case is not complete that's why they can't solve the issue. Now, the customer service representatives keep telling me to wait for an email about the resolution and there's no need to call back. How can I trust that when they can't even provide a time frame for when the issue will be resolved?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
