How do I File a complaint
Repeated outages over a month long period with no explanation and no ending. Why are we continuing to have problems in the Gales ferry area particularly in an area called Sherwood Forest. We’ve gone hours with no Explanation why it is repeatedly the same area and what they can’t fix. Nor have we been reimbursed for our inconvenience when we can’t work from home or attend to important things that require the Internet what is going on?
