How do I file a complaint about Xfinity and Assurant

I have been fighting with Xfinity and Assurant for weeks. My phone stopped working. I filed a claim because I have been paying for protection for years. Assurant says my carrier has to fix it then Xfinity says Assurant has to fix it. Meanwhile, I had to purchase a new phone without using my old phone as a trade-in. My bill has gone from &140 to over $300. This is crazy. Maybe I should get a full refund for the protection plan I’ve paid for. To whom do I speak?? I am beyond angry.

Thank you for reaching out here. I will be happy to look into any billing issues on your account from here. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@user_7150a4 - We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with these concerns. Your request was escalated via ticket creation to our Xfinity Mobile Corporate Escalations team, and has since been resolved. While they couldn't reach you by phone, they emailed you as well. And as mentioned in our last direct message, you are more than welcome to create a new post if anything else comes up. Our Digital Care Team remains here for you :)
