How do I explain my concern?
I am calling every week spending 100mins or more every call explaining that I was asked to bundle my internet and mobile for a discounted price and from last four month nothing has changed.
I call every week hearing - we have raised a case and someone should fix it, fast forward call them again and they say - nothing is documented in your account let’s start all over again and same story.
I am done who could I talk to who knows what consumer problem is? How do Comcast improve they customer care to understand a problem document it so we don’t say the story every time we call..
