How do I downgrade?
I'm at a loss here. I log in to my account and I see the option for looking for new deals, but I don't see an option to take something off you're not using. I don't watch Comcast TV anymore, but I'm paying for premium channels I don't use and I'd like to get it to where I just have the internet and phone. I'm happy with phone and internet, but I don't want to pay for Starz and all that because we don't use it anymore.

Hello. Thank you for reaching out for help with you plan and services. I am always looking to make sure I only have the service I enjoy, so I understand the need to make changes. When you are bundled with service, removing only one service, will "break" the bundle, and a new plan needs to be set in place. If you do not see any options for internet and phone, we may not offer an internet and phone bundle at this time. No worries, @Will_W I can help make sure you have a plan that meets your needs. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Direct") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
