How do I downgrade to internet only plan
Can anyone please help me see what options are available to downgrade my plan to internet only? In the 'change plan' page, it says that there aren't any offers for the internet only plan. We do not need TV or voice service any more and our 24 months contract for a bundle package ended recently. We would love your help to find the right plan, please let me know. Thank you.

Hi, can someone please explain why Xfinity's website offers an easy, convenient way to upgrade a plan, but seemingly no easy way to downgrade a plan? This is incredibly frustrating, and frankly shady. Is it seriously the case that upgrading costs can be viewed (and possibly completed) over the internet, whereas downgrading is (purposely?) made more difficult and must be initiated by phone? Customers will find a away to downgrade anyway, but they will be much more disgruntled if you make the process harder.
