How do I delete all of the old email addresses I had to use when I set up my new emails on Xfinity (Comcast).

How do I delete all of the old email addresses I had to use when I set up my new emails on Xfinity (Comcast). I went to the online website, pulled up my account and tried to delete my “Personal Email Addresses (old)” and keep all of my “Comcast Email Addresses” New on Xfinity. There wasn’t ANY prompt I could use. The old email addresses don’t work any more anyway when I switched to Xfinity. The pop up on my TV when I’m trying to add a new steaming app, etc… very confusing on Xfinity website. I currently have 5 New Xfinity/Comcast email addresses. I am trying to delete the old email addresses I had to use to set up my new Xfinity account (q.com) Thanks for any and all advice on how to delete these old email addresses. :)

user_6a5482, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. That is a great question. Give this a try and let me know if you still need assistance.
 
To deactivate an Xfinity Email address, follow these steps:
Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
Click on the **gear** icon on the top-right corner.
Click **Email Settings**.
Under **Mail** in the left menu, select **Advanced Settings**.
Check the box next to **Use email safe list**.
Click **Add an email address** and enter the email address you want to remove.
To remove the email address, click the **trashcan** icon next to it.
Close the page when finished. Remember, deactivating an email address removes it from the safe list.
