How do I contact someone at Xfinity to move a cable line running to my house in Baltimore City?

It has been impossible to get someone from Xfinity to help. How do I schedule Xfinity to move a cable line running to my house in Baltimore City? I do not have Xfinity service at this address but the cable is in the way of my deck.
