How do I contact an Xfinity agent during an outage?

user_ykszc9, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to visit XFINITY on our forums page for help with contacting a support agent during a service interruption. I rely on my services to work correctly for my job so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. We are the right place to go for help. Additionally, did you know that you can report an interruption and have a credit applied right from our Digital Status Center? After visiting the link to our status center,  simply scroll down to where it says "Tell us more about your experience..." Tips section at the bottom of the page. A form also launches to determine eligibility for the credit. You will then provide details about your experience during the interruption. This is a great way to make sure that you receive your credit.
