How do i connect with my peacock that came with my xfinity activation?

I tried to subscribe to my peacock account through the app and online. The account that came with my activation of xfinity, high speed. However, it is not working. I cannot activate my peacock account. And it has been under ninety days. I'm trying to get a hold of customer service via chat. And it is not helpful. They keep sending back the same links that are not helping. It feels like a revolving door. I could really use some help on how else to fix this problem. Thanks
