How do I check the status of a claim?

I have a claim regarding a bored sewer line by an xfinity conduit line. How do I check the status of the claim?

@user_5d0jbc Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I would be happy to check the status of that claim for you. To get started, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address. The ticket number would also be helpful. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Hi Jonathan, it is nice to meet you.  I have found your account and to take a closer look at things we need to complete the customer authentication process. This is pretty easy to do, I just need to send a code to the phone number or email address on file, and after you give me the code we can go from there. Is now a good time to send that code? If so, how would you like it sent?
