How do I check my order status for Xfinity Gateway ordered four days ago

I'm upgrading my  Xfinity Gateway as per an email sent by Xfinity (free of charge) I executed the order four or five days ago. Not seeing anything of it on my account, but I have a tracking number for UPS that says it still hasnt been picked up by UPS.  Very odd....
