How do I cancel the service with a live person

I need to cancel this [Edited: "Language"] service have for 3 days and every [Edited: "Language"] day I spend hrs talking to a [Edited: "Language"] animated service because internet is not working no internet and can get no one human can help I am done with [Edited: "Language"]
