How do I cancel streaming and TV

I want to cancel streaming and TV and just keep internet with Xfinity

Hello renieandrenie thank you so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums! Have you had an opportunity to check for the newest plans/deals via our Xfinity Plan Builder? This site should allow you to make changes to the account and present the most recent options for new plans.

I have this same issue. I want to cancel my tv streaming, but keep my internet service. I do not want to deal with the hard sell by going to a store or calling. Legally doesn't there have to be a way for us to accomplish this that doesn't require a call or store visit? Thank you.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
