I need to cancel an appointment for tomorrow 8/20 between 10 and 12. I cannot seem to do it .

Sorry you're having trouble canceling your tech appointment, @user_qunzep. Thanks for meeting us here. We're happy to help. You can log into your Xfinity app to manage your appointments. Or log in to your account at xfinity.com, click on the appointment confirmation banner, and select **More Details** to manage the appointment. Also, if using text messaging, reply with "appt" to 266278 to view options to cancel the appointment.
