How do I call you people?
I am trying to get an account at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I order internet as it was here at this address before. New customer. System has me place the order with bank account and everything then when I hit the send request button (which is in Portuguese for some reason) it just logs me out and I don't know if it worked. Then the next morning it says my internet order is in the shopping cart and to complete the order. SYSTEM WILL NOT LET ME. You guys are in communication business and NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU BY PHONE? What [Edited: "Language"]? If your not going to have a tech support but instead just have a chat bot then please make your stuff work. Having to find you on X is ridiculous.
