How do I ask about Gigabit Pro availability?

I'm guessing I need to send a direct message to support, but I apparently can't send a direct message to support until I post to the forum, so I'm posting to the forum.  Hi!

user_87e5l9 Can I ask that you reach out privately, so we can cover the details of your account. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.

I would be happy to open a ticket to see if your address is eligible for the Gigx10 services. I do need to let you know that there is a $500 installation fee, and a $299.95 service charge for Gigx10 installation. The Equipment lease fee for Gigxa0 equipment is $19.95 a month as well as a 2-year agreement period with an early termination fee up to $1,150. If this is acceptable, and you would like to continue with the process I would just need your best contact telephone number and email address in case the team has any questions for you.

Whoops, I got it, but I may not have gotten it fast enough.  Should I post the code here or in the private message thread?
