How do I add another outlet?

So I live in a condo that has 3 coax cable connections, but only 2 can be used at once. There’s one in Bedroom 1, one in Bedroom 2, and one in the living room. 2 of them have blank plates over them but the connection still works. However, the one in Bedroom 2 has a coupler attached to another cable, which goes to the living room. This means, if you disconnect it, you can have a connection in bedroom 2 but there won’t be a connection in the living room. But the problem is, I’m not exactly sure where the connection comes in, or where the wires are.
