How do I access my account when it is in Spanish which I can't read
All of a sudden all my Xfinity account information is in Spanish. I keep getting told to switch it back to English but I can't read Spanish to understand where or how to do this

I changed my modem to a new one. All was well but when I went into my account at xfinity, it was in Spanish. I need it to be English. I have spent countless hours on trying to get it to English. When AI comes on and says how to do it in English, a few seconds later, the instruction are in Spanish. I am not fluent in Spanish. I am 75 and school was a long time ago. Help, please

This issue was happening to me as well. Found this on Reddit. These instructions work.
Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity community support page. Please visit our main website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview, scroll to the bottom-right where it says English | Español right above our social media handles, and select English if that is your language of choice. That should make our web pages within the desired languages.
