How do acces to the time to switch promotion page ?
I just switched my lines from AT&T to Xfinity and had to pay what was owed on the phones.
At the Xfinity store they told me I would have to send them the information for those payments and that Xfinity would send me gift cards as a refund.
But I can't find the page or link to submit that information.

Hi @user_aauda8, thank you for reaching out we appreciate the details you gave! Welcome to Xfinity Mobile! You mentioned you just purchased your Xfinity Mobile device, what date was that on? As I reviewed any of our current switch promotions, that offer is currently unavailable and this is why the page or link does not work. This promotion ended at the end of August into September 2025.
