How come Comcast does NOT honor its Promotions on prepaid visa

NOT TRUE..

You can Check online if EVENTUALLY you will be mailed a card. IF you are APPROVED, they will notate it. But mine is "being reviewed" for FORTY days, after meeting EVERY ONE OF THEIR CONDITIONS>

Except I have been in touch with the "Rewards Center" , EVERY day. Stayed online for hours. AFTER 35 days (note, they waited past the 30 day deadline to cancel), Supervisor Marlene (Marlin?) said its been 'escalated'. "We need to hear from Xfinity".  I went to the Xfinity Store and the store manager says, "we need to hear from Rewards Center"... NOW 40 days have past.. still they have not acknowledged...

1. I called the prepaid card people BEFORE ordering Comcast online because they had a 200 promotion.

2. Followed ALL the steps...

3. Now, after 45 days, they are saying "they are looking into it".  And the OTHER Comcast folks are saying I cannot get out of Comcast because now I have to pay 2 YEARS' worth of charges!!
