How can I talk to a live person about my bill

Is there actually any way a customer can speak to an actual, live human at Xfinity?  I need to change my service but there seems to be no way to do this!

I tried to respond as suggested but nothing happened. Is there any way to speak to a human? Is there an alternative to just dropping all Xfinity service to get some attention?
