How can I switch to Internet Essentials Plus?
I've tried calling and using the support chat, but I keep getting a person who barely speaks English and either I can't understand them or they don't understand me.
I've been an Xfinity customer for about 10 years or more. I have 3 mobile lines and internet. I just can't afford to pay $85 - $95 per month for internet.
I'd like to switch to the Internet Essentials Plus plan at $29.95/mo and I'm sure I qualify, but the people I've talked to don't seem to know what that plan is.
I'm on disability, aged 64 and I receive SNAP benefits. So I just need someone to steer me in the right direction and help me to switch my plan. It's difficult for me to get out to an Xfinity store, but I will go if left no other choice.
Thank you in advance!

Hi there @Peacemaker02324 Thank you so much for reaching out. I'll be happy to assist.
To switch to Internet Essentials Plus, first, ensure you qualify for the program. Then, during the application process, select Internet Essentials Plus. If you have a sponsorship or promo code, enter it in the designated field. After submitting your application, Xfinity will review it and notify you of your approval status. If approved, you can set up your installation or receive a Getting Started Kit. For further assistance, you can contact Xfinity at 1-844-389-4681.
