How can I speak to a real Xfinity agent to schedule an appointment—either online or by phone?!?!
The only option I’m being given is to use the Xfinity Assistant, which has been incredibly frustrating and entirely unhelpful. I’ve already followed every recommended troubleshooting step:
Ran modem checks
Rebooted all devices, modems, and routers
Unplugged and inspected all cables and connections
Yet the problem persists. The assistant keeps responding with, “I don’t see any issues with the signal to your home.” Sure, the signal may look fine in the app, but that completely misses the real issue.
The actual problem is ongoing connection drops—multiple times a day! Every day! Sometimes these outages occur just minutes apart. That’s unacceptable, especially when working from home and relying on a stable, high-speed internet connection.
It’s incredibly disruptive during video calls. I’m constantly being told my screen is freezing, my video is cutting in and out, and my audio is choppy. During a recent online presentation, my connection dropped repeatedly—it was embarrassing and completely derailed the meeting.
And all of this while I’m paying for Xfinity Gigabit and premium internet service?
I need to speak with a real person and schedule an appointment ASAP! Can someone please tell me how to make that happen?
