How can I speak to a live person

I need to speak to a live person. The assistant cannot help me. About ready to lose my mind.

I have been having issues with my internet dropping for 4 months. I've been trying to get help, but can't. Assistant says my modem is bad an they will send a new one -- I wait 1 month NOTHING.  Then, every time I've tried since it tells me I have no issue.  Today I went through the entire procedure AGAIN and made an appointment. Just received the confirmation and it was made for my 2nd home and not the address I was calling about.  

I've been a customer at this address for 35 years. Very loyal and pay $400 month between my 2 homes.  I am angry!
