How can I speak to a live person?
When I call the service line, the robot ends up texting me a link instead of transferring me to a representative. When that didn't work, I tried the chat and after 4 different chats I realize that I don't think they do anything and just tell you it's being resolved or some other nonsense. I asked to be scheduled for a call back twice and they said it would be 10-15min which was hours ago. I would just like to speak to someone about my issue, is this possible with Xfinity?
