How can I set the number of rings before voice mail picks up for two phone numbers that are in a hunt group?

Recently, Comcast updated the voice service at my business.  I previoiusly had a hunt group of two landline phones set up so that voice mail would pick up after 5 rings.  After the update,, the hunt group is the same but the number of rings was changed to 3.   How can I get this changed back to 5 rings?

I am aware that googling "comcast number of rings voice mail" leads to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-number-of-rings-before-calls-are-forwarded

When I go to voice settings, this is what I see:

Call Forwarding

Basic Call Forwarding

Send all incoming calls to another telephone number.

Activate

Please enter a valid phone number.

Comcast rep, please remember that a Hunt group is special.

Hello and thanks for reaching out this evening. I would love to assist you with your hunt group, along with anything else you may need assistance with. Let's start by getting the account pulled up. Please send me a direct message with the business name, your first and last name, and the complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message
