How can I request for a technician to come out to repair a line cut by a roofer?

Hi, I am going in circles. I tried the chat assistant a few times.  I need to schedule an appointment, please.  Roofers cut one of the lines and we lost internet.  One of us works from home and we are trying to get an appointment for help. Please let us know how to go about it.  I have already done the troubleshooting.  I can see the line that was cut outside.  We lost internet because of that.  Thank you in advance!
