How can I remove internet plan but retain TV/cable and phone?

I no longer need internet service, but I want to keep TV/cable and phone services.  What savings can I get by removing internet and how do I do it?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there @user_dr68uhbdrtd! Your username has been updated as the previous one violated our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy

Thank you so much for bringing your question to our Xfinity Community Forum. I completely understand wanting to save a bit on the bill, especially with prices increasing everywhere else. I would be happy to see if having cable only is an option in your area. In most areas, our Internet service is required to support the cable service.

You can also check if there are TV only options and change your services quickly and easily by visiting https://comca.st/3AO6ZDD. Once at the website, you can sign into your account and shop for available services in your area.

To have me look into this for you, please send a private message with your first and last name, as well as complete service address to "Xfinity Support". To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  4. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  5. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  6. Press Enter to send your message
