How can I remove an old Wireless Gateway ARRIS TG3482G from my account

Hello, can somebody help remove ARRIS TG3482G from my account since I already upgraded to Arris S34 Cable Modem. I own both equipment and I just want to make sure that my Arris S34 is the active device to utilize the Gigabit X2 plan I am subscribed to. Thank you.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_1ic9y9 Are you able to check to see if this can be removed from the Xfinity app? It should be a quick process to do so. Let us know if you run into any issues.

Unfortunately, I do not see the device I want to remove (Arris TG3482G) when using the Xfinity app.

I only see it when I go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/ on my laptop. What am I missing?

@user_1ic9y9 I appreciate you giving that a try! When you log into your account on your laptop, do you see an option to remove the old modem? I'm happy to find your account and remove the modem for you if you don't have the option :).

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
