How can I reach out to corporate?
I am beyond frustrated at this point. I have been with this company for 9 years and I haven't had any issues until now. You all cashed my payment then a week later said you never received my payment. Then I call and was told it was put on an old account and they transferred it. Fast forward two weeks, I try to make a payment for the current month thinking everything was worked out only to still have a past due amount on my bill. So apparently the representative I talked to had no freaking clue what she was doing and just lied to me that my account was figured out. So, I am currently on the phone again and after 45 minutes of waiting on the phone I am told again that they located the funds and are transferring them to my account. I guess I will wait and see if it is actually fixed this time. The frustrating part is that when you call it takes 10 minutes to get through the automated message to go on hold for a live agent and I have to say no repeatedly to chatting through text message. If I wanted to text with an agent, I wouldn't have called the phone number. I would like to leave feedback for corporate because this customer service is AWFUL but can't find an email anywhere.
