How can I reach a live agent??

I need a live agent to reach out to me. I cannot see the channels I was told I was supposed to have and I can’t get past this stupid chat to speak to a real person.

@XfinityMartyR​ I am missing bravo which was the most important one I wanted. Am I not able to use the app from my fire cube? Or can I only watch from the smart tv Home Screen? Because the only reason I took the cable package was so I could have this channel and some others I was told I’d have.
