How can I make xfinity assistant go away?

I've had several interactions with it and I swear, it is one of the worst implementations of a chatbot I've ever encountered. I may be a bit biased since I've done AI work since the 1990s, but I have yet to have the assistant understand my question, and therefore it's an unending string of frustration.

Sometimes not acting like a monopoly is how you get to remain one.

What's going on? When I log in from time to time I'll find a bunch of DVR recordings, always of kid shows. Thing is, we don't have kids here (not for a very, very long time.) I'd sure like to find out how it's happening so I can stop it but... 

I've tried many ways of asking the terrible Xfinity assistant chatbot, which when it doesn't understand just flips you off and snickers to itself about cable tv being a regulatory monopoly...

So, anyone here got any ideas?

Hi there, @ednaz we will be more than happy to help with this issue. I know you don't want random recordings taking up all your storage and time. When you have a moment send your name and service address in a Direct Message. Use the Direct Message icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." There's a good chance we need to have a tech come outside your home and install a MoCA Filter.-Richard
