Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityOrlandoM​  I am getting a strange message box where I am supposed to type my message to you. Its hard to explain but when I type it is being typed vertically (north south) and not horizontally(east west). I closed and opened and started over but still doing it. I cannot type my message like that....???
