How can I have TV and Voice services removed from my plan?

I have been a loyal Xfinity customer for over 9+yrs and I would like to have both TV and Voice services removed. It is too expensive at this point. I ONLY WANT INTERNET/WIFI services.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
