How can I get Xfinity to reopen a ticket?

I opened a ticket, and some weeks later somebody tried to call me about it while I was on a plane, so it went to voice mail.  I tried to return the call 3 different times, but it just went to voice mail.  Nobody ever called me back.  Now, I've received a text and email saying the ticket has been closed!  How do I get it reopened, and, importantly, get someone to return my calls?

Hello @user_s59rv0. Thank you for taking the time to post on our community forum. I would love to take a look at that ticket.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
