How can I get the new XB10 modem

I see there is a new XB 10 modem out or coming out. I am still on the XB7 and when I go online to see about an equipment upgrade it says I have the latest equipment but I know the XB 7 is not the latest modem. How can I get the XB 10 modem?

@user_8919a4 Thanks for adding a post to the community. Currently XB10's are reserved for customers in markets with symmetrical download and upload speeds. For example 500/500 Mbps, 1/1 Gbps or 2/2 Gbps. If your account shows an XB7 as the assigned gateway, increasing your speed is a good way to qualify for an XB8. You can also swing by a local store to swap out for the XB8 (but not for an XB10 as it requires symmetrical speeds). That will help with future speed upgrades to your account.
