How can I get the current deal on the same package I already have?

Good afternoon, 

I am currently paying $95 for the 500 Mbps internet deal. The current deal for this package on the website is $70. I have been with this company for many years and was wondering how I can update my deal to match the cost of whats being offered now. Do I need to sign a new contract? If so, that would be fine in order to get the cost down a bit. Can someone please guide me on how to do that?

Ensure you are logged in

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
