How can I get help from a live agent
I have been calling for the past three days to talk to a live person regarding an internet service outage in my house which is impacting my work and other important things. However, it has been impossible to speak to an agent. The AI system is ridiculous and couldn’t help with my problem, it simply gives a generic response. Can anyone guide me on how to contact a live person over the phone? Thank you!
