How can I get an XB8 modem sent to me

I have an XB7 and I'd like to upgrade. I have gigabit service already and should qualify for a better modem.

@kenzodiac Welcome to our community forum! The XB7 is recommended for our Gigabit internet customers and you can learn more about each of our modems here. Is there a reason you're wanting to upgrade to the XB8?

I have several Wifi6-E enable devices at home that I'd like to be able to get the most out of their abilities, that the XB7 is not capable of. I am paying you guys a boatload of money for an internet service tier and equipment rentals that should qualify for an XB8, and I've been a customer of you guys for over two decades. I don't feel like this is an undue ask, nor should I have to be jumping through hoops to get more modern hardware sent out to me.
