How can I get a serviceability check for X10 at my address?

Does anyone know how I can get a tech to run a serviceability check for X10 at my house?  I'm interested in it if it's available but every avenue I have tried to make the upgrade has run me into an AI brick wall.  We're talking about an upgrade contract that spans years and is worth thousands of dollars and I can't figure out how to talk to someone about it.  Sigh.
