How can I get a pod?
I was told when I picked up my gateway that I could get a free pod if I had coverage issues and I am. 2 cameras have a weak signal and I usually can't connect to them and the app troubleshooting shows a weak signal. I used to have to run a AI Mesh setup to get good coverage. How can I get a pod to help me out? TIA

I just tried the app again and it shows weak signals again but when I did the troubleshooting and retest it offered a pod but I had to purchase one? I thought I had the wifi guarantee with my gig extra and rent gateway plan?

If an xFi pod is recommended, you would receive an email with the details of how to redeem the pod. The xFi pod is received if you do enroll in xFi complete.
What other troubleshooting steps have you completed regarding the slow connectivity?
