How can I get a loyalty credit my contract is about to expire, I am a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and have 5 services with you

How can I get a loyalty credit my contract is about to expire, I am a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and have 5 services with you. My bill is getting very high and I cannot afford the lost of my contract discount and the new increases we are getting the first of the month. If a loyalty contract is possible how much a month will I receive and for how long.

My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"], address [Edited: "Personal Information"], I am losing part of my 2 year service contract and also my $10.00 mobile discount. My bill is presently $333.00 a month going to be $360.00 in January and then jumping up to $387.00 in febuary. I was given these amounts by an xfinity rep this week., Like I said I have 5 services with Xfinity, TV, Internet, Land Line Phone, Full Security System and Mobile service for 2 phones. The above amounts are for 4 services not including my mobile bill. All 5 come out to over $400.00 a month. As you can see I need some kind of loyalty credit to help me to continue having all these services.
