How can I get a copy of my chat transcript?
I'm officially requesting a copy of my chat transcript from yesterday (ref # [Edited: "Personal Information"]). I had an extended chat where I was told that by making a certain change to my services, I would be eligible for a promotion on my existing phone (I explicitly confirmed this). In calling today to have that promotion put in place, I was told it was only good for new phone service. Unfortunately, while I did select "Print" for my chat, I only got the first portion of the chat.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
