How can I get a better rate on my Xfinity bill

My bill from Xfinity went from $ 179.00 to $ 197 after the Special pricing program and there are no more special offers. 

$ 300 extra a year for Xfinity is not acceptable and we have been a Xfinity customer for Many years. Very UNHAPPY and UPSET. Senior Citizen on a fixed income. I called customer service, phone tree is HORRIBLE, no help from first level, Loyalty department No Help. Very Upset.
