How can I find The balance on my Xfinity Prepaid MasterCard

I have a prepaid Master Card and I'm trying to find the balance.  The phone line operator asks for a 2 digit number after I gave my 16 digit number on the card.  The url listed on the back of my card goes nowhere.

Customers can check the balance on their Virtual Prepaid Mastercard at https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/home by entering their card number.

How do I check my gift card balance? The website keeps telling me to activate but I already did. Is there a phone number?

user_otxkby does the back of the card have a contact phone number? The link provided has a contact us link. When I open that up this is the number listed for calling within the US. I would give that a try or see if that same number is on the back of the card.
